Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the key of Sweden and Erik Hamren defends his actions

From the past 3 matches that Sweden has played, they have scored a total of 5 goals and 3 of those arrived from Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the Swedish forward is making an impact with his national team and trying to snatch a spot in the next stages of the 2016 Euro’s.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is considered to be an arrogant player and this is shown in the actual pitch as the star of PSG is not afraid to show his discontent whether it may be with an opponent he is facing or his own teammates.

The arrogance and attitude of Ibrahimovic has placed in a number of different situations. He has been banned on occasions for getting into fights with his own teammates and this is what happened back in 2010 when he was performing with the Ac.Milan jersey and in a training ground session, he fought with Oguchi Onuyewu.

On numerous occasions, his teammates from different clubs say that Ibrahimovic have insulted them or even threatened them.

Erik Hamren reckons whatever Zlatan Ibrahimovic was due to heat

The Swedish national manager, Erik Hamren, reckons whatever Zlatan Ibrahimovic said following the Bordeaux game, it was all the heat of the moment stuff and it should not have been blown out of proportion.

Ibrahimovic was fuming post that game as he thought his team lost only because of the rough decisions of the referee.

He, thereafter, was heard hurling some negative words on the standard of the referees in France.

If the reports are to be believed, he also said that France does not deserve to have Paris Saint Germain.

The French public and media have taken it as insult and there has been a little bit of outrage over there against Ibrahimovic.

The striker will have to justify his act in front of a disciplinary committee now and in case the committee finds his words unacceptable, he might have to suffer ban.

Ibrahimovic has already put forward an apology to all of those who are feeling hurt by what he said.

According to Ibrahimovic, he did not take a dig at anyone. It was just his frustration which came out.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic soon to leave Paris St Germain

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is likely to leave Paris St Germain before he is about to retire.

This is according to his agent, Mino Raiola, who has seen his client play for several top clubs in his career. The Swedish international is regarded as one of best strikers in the world. Even at the age of 33, he continues to be a major influence in the PSG team. This influence, though, is not expected to last for a long time since he is starting to come to the end of his career. During his status as one of top players at PSG, speculation has been intense that Zlatan may be offered a role as part of the club once he retires.

However,Raiola has opened up a wide range of speculation linking Ibrahimovic with MLS and Middle East clubs. They are the only outfits that can afford the huge salary commanded by the Swedish international. Even at this age, Ibrahimovic has contributed 15 goals in just 22 matches for PSG. The French outfit may not the top of the table, but they have only a couple of points away from taking leadership in the French Ligue One. They are also in the last 16 round of the Champions League. Paris St Germain bad Form Continues

Paris St Germain’s disappointing run in the French league continued after a 4-2 defeat against Bastia, who are struggling against the threat of relegation for much of the season.

Bastia moved outside of the relegation zone as a result of this victory, but they were not given much of a chance before the start of the match. This is despite PSG struggling for form in recent weeks. This latest defeat means that the reigning champions have managed just one win in the last five league matches. This poor form coupled with table leaders Olympic Marseille being in impeccable form – they have won the last five league matches without exception – is set to bring about a new champion in the French league. Swedish National Football Team Frustrated With Russia Draw

Swedish national football team is not happy drawing their scores with Russian squad. Both the teams ended up with a 1-1 tie in their last Euro 2016 Qualifying match.

According to Swedish midfielder Jimmy Durmaz, Ibrahimovic’s (Zlatan) injury absence was quite tough for his squad in the Russia match.

“It is always different & difficult to play sans Zlatan & Albin”, remarked the Sweden midfielder whilst expressing his frustrations over the draw. “They are two really great players- specifically Zlatan. When you have him on the field, you can be assured of a completely different match. Today Ola came up with one good goal & that’s fantastic for him. It is not at all good that he is injured which implies that we should take good care of him now.

Usually, I stay on wings. With Ekdal injured, I got up to midfield & played there. I felt actually great in that very position- that is absolutely no issue for me.

I am very disappointed right now. We had the opportunities to triumph at this game & we had this penalty which we missed, it happens sometimes. It is football.”

The Swedish coach was however relieved to have not lost out on the match at least. “We began really well & their goal was like a bad punch right in stomach”, stated Erik Hamrén, the Swedish coach. “I am glad that we were able to bounce back, even though we missed out on the penalty factor. However, in the final 20 minutes, our boys lacked energy. Antonsson asked for a sub yet we got him some good bananas & energy which helped him continue. I feel Granqvist & Antonsson performed really well. I must credit Durmaz – both for winning the penalty & great assistance.”
